Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various disciplines to develop architectural plans for the main plant and ancillary buildings, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. - Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of relevant town planning by-laws. - Work on architectural drafting using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up. - Ensure compliance with project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications Required: - ITI or TEB certification as a Civil Draftsman or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship. - Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up. - Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural drafting work at architectural or engineering consultancy firms. Additional Details: This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with a performance bonus incentive. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Jaipur before starting work.
