**key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and develop 2D drawings for township planning, site layouts, infrastructure planning, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, planners, and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Draft floor plans, sections, elevations, and infrastructure drawings as per given concepts and standards.
- Ensure all drawings meet relevant codes, guidelines, and specifications.
- Make revisions to drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
- Maintain organized drawing records and support project documentation.
- Deliver outputs within project timelines with accuracy and detailing.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
**Experience Required**:Minimum **4 years**of experience in 2D drafting, preferably in township or large-scale planning projects.
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of township layouts, infrastructure planning, and working drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural/engineering sketches and convert them into technical drawings.
- Strong detailing, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
