Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing organization specializing in IT, BPO, Finance, and KPO services, and we are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for roles primarily within the BPO, Finance, and KPO sectors.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, key competencies, and role expectations.


• Develop and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract a diverse talent pool.


• Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.


• Manage and maintain the candidate database, tracking all interactions and updates in the recruitment pipeline.


• Build and maintain a strong talent network by leveraging social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.


• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.


• Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding for selected candidates.


• Stay updated on hiring trends and market conditions in BPO, Finance, and KPO industries to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within BPO, Finance, or KPO roles.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.


• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.


• Proficiency with ATS systems and job posting platforms.


• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently.


• Ability to meet deadlines and recruitment targets.


• Experience in building and maintaining a strong talent network.
