A Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing localized marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive demand generation. The role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and executing activities such as events, trade shows, promotions, and digital marketing programs. The specialist analyzes campaign performance to optimize engagement and return on investment (ROI) and manages regional marketing budgets and resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing regional marketing plans and executing localized events and promotional activities.
  • Coordinating with sales teams and corporate marketing to align field marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Tracking and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and campaign effectiveness to improve strategies.
  • Managing event logistics, vendor relationships, and marketing materials.
  • Reporting on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.
  • Supporting customer acquisition and retention through targeted marketing programs.
  • Occasionally traveling within the assigned region to manage and execute field marketing events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹30,821.30 per month
