Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's goals, as well as providing support and guidance to team members and leadership on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of human resource management, recruitment, and employee onboarding processes
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, performance management, and employee relations strategies
- Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in HR roles within similar industries is a plus
