Job Title: Tendering & Procurement Executive

Location: STPI - Technology Park, Plot No- C-11 IT Park, Near RGPV, New Jail Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, 462038

About the job:

The Tendering & Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of tendering and procurement processes. This includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting competitive bids, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management
  • Monitor tender portals for relevant business opportunities.
  • Evaluate and analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs).
  • Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, finance) for timely inputs and documentation.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS word, excel, power point)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹35,502.28 per month

Schedule:
