Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, and hardware).
  • Provide technical support for hospital management software, EMR/EHR systems, and other clinical applications.
  • Ensure data security, regular backups, and smooth connectivity across departments.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and networking devices.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Support staff in resolving IT-related issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.

Qualification:

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in hospital or healthcare IT systems will be an added advantage.
