Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one online sessions with clients.
  • Help clients understand and manage their concerns in a calm, structured manner.
  • Maintain clear session notes and follow-up plans.
  • Use approachable language to connect with clients of different age groups and backgrounds.
  • Participate in team discussions and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Empathetic and patient listener who genuinely wants to help people feel better.
  • Strong communication skills able to explain thoughts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
  • Emotionally balanced and calm under pressure, especially while handling sensitive topics.
  • Professional and ethical in maintaining privacy and client trust.
  • Comfortable with technology able to conduct sessions through video or chat platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable can connect with people from different age groups and backgrounds.
  • Motivated to grow – open to feedback, learning, and improving continuously.
  • Prior experience with online counselling platforms or private consultations is preferred but not mandatory.

Location:

This is a hybrid job position for candidates in Pune.

For other cities, it is a fully remote position.
