Role Overview

Kinder Spring, a specialized care initiative for children with Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. This role involves providing on-call consultations to patients and families using Kinder Spring's digital platform, following the structured treatment protocol developed by Dr. Pravin Dhole. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators and play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, protocol-aligned care to children across India. Kinder Spring is a joint initiative of Aulixo Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. and Baynine Ventures LLP.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Consultation & Case Management

  • Conduct on-call pediatric consultations via Kinder Spring's virtual platform for children with neurodevelopmentaldisorders.
  • Review medical history, assess symptoms, and prescribe treatments/remedies as per Dr. Pravin Dhole's protocol.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of every consultation, including prescriptions, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate post-consultation care plans with the therapy and psychology teams.

Family & Team Engagement

  • Educate families on remedy protocols, developmental progress, and lifestyle adjustments.
  • Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and care coordinators to ensure integrated care.
  • Participate in clinical review sessions and ongoing training programs.
  • Be available during scheduled hours for timely and professional consultation delivery.

Preferred Qualities

  • Experience managing pediatric neurodevelopmental conditions (Autism, ADHD, CP, etc.).
  • Integrative mindset with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
  • Empathetic and confident in delivering virtual consultations with clarity and care.
  • Open to learning and applying structured clinical frameworks.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.
