Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern at Sigmoid, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to data-driven projects that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Support the creation of process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Participate in meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
