Tour Packages & Operations Executive:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Tour Packages & Operations Executive to design end-to-end travel itineraries, price packages accurately (including taxi fares, accommodations, and activities), and coordinate daily operations with drivers and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting seamless travel experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design customized tour packages for Northeast India, including itineraries, costing, and inclusions.
• Calculate accurate pricing for taxi fares, accommodations, and activity tickets.
• Coordinate with drivers and car rental vendors for smooth transfers and on-time dispatch.
• Handle hotel bookings, permits (ILP/RAP), and activity reservations.
• Provide 24/7 guest support during tours and resolve on-ground issues promptly.
• Maintain updated rate cards for peak seasons and off-season discounts.

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in tours & travel operations (preferably Northeast India).
• Strong knowledge of local taxi fare structures, hotel pricing, and permit systems.
• Familiarity with routes like Guwahati–Shillong–Cherrapunjee, Guwahati–Tawang, Kaziranga–Majuli.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for costing and reporting.
• Languages: English + Assamese/Hindi (local dialects preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
