We are looking for a dedicated and field-ready Site Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE) to manage and supervise construction activities on-site. This role demands a proactive and physically present individual who is ready to work under real-time site conditions. Male candidates are preferred due to field mobility, rugged site exposure, and long working hours at remote or high-demand locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute all civil work as per project design and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for smooth site operations.
  • Read and interpret civil drawings, blueprints, and structural layouts.
  • Monitor daily progress, material usage, and labor deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards.
  • Solve on-site problems and report progress to project managers regularly.
  • Maintain site documentation, material checklists, and work logs.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE in Civil Engineering (must) from a recognized institution.
  • Good command over site management, fieldwork, and structural execution.
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and measurement tools.
  • Willingness to work long hours on-site and relocate if needed.
  • Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of field experience are encouraged.
