Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lonand

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. - Mechanical / Production / Relevant stream

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute timely repair of machines and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Daily work allocation / breakdown status.
  • Maintaining high standard housekeeping level at all time.
  • safety and discipline of workmen.
  • Timely update documents and records.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance as per the defined plan.
  • Monitor machine performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions of breakdown.
  • Preparation of Purchase / repair orders requisition / stores pick slip.
  • Any non-conformity is to be brought to the notice of sectional head.
  • Collect and document maintenance-related data; ensure proper shift handover.
  • Maintain safety standards for equipment and personnel.
  • Support and sustain TPM and EMS activities within the section.
