Job Title: Plant Operator

Location: Goa

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc.

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 Gross

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor RO, ETP, MEE plants and related equipment.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Maintain plant parameters within defined operational limits.
  • Conduct routine checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
  • Follow safety norms and ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards.
  • Record operational data, log sheets, and report any abnormalities.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and service teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in plant operations (RO/ETP/MEE).
  • Experience in water and wastewater industry is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of safety norms and operational procedures.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred.
