Salary CTC

20k – 28k, based on experience

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven working experience as a Supervisor.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
  • Knowledge of Safety and Personal Protective Equipment
  • Proper Training ability to the team
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting suitable manpower for the team.
  • 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler license; transport license preferred
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Description

  • Ensure the Treatment Plant is in good working condition at all times
  • Train the new Operators to run the Treatment Plant
  • Co-ordination with the Client's Engineering Department
  • Site visits on a regular basis
  • Daily follow-ups with the Team
  • Ensure the technical parameters are met at all times
  • Maintain a database of the timelines when spares are to be changed
  • Act as a reliever in times of emergency
  • Inform the Manager about the Action Plan, if the
  • Treatment Plant is not running as required
  • Should be able to sort minor technical issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
