Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Neuro-Physiotherapist specializing in Tele-rehabilitation, based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include assessing patients with neurological conditions, developing personalized rehabilitation plans, monitoring progress, and delivering therapeutic sessions both in person and online. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and caregivers, and ensuring exceptional patient care to promote optimal recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in neurological rehabilitation techniques, including evaluation, therapy planning, and treatment implementation for conditions like stroke, Parkinson's, and multiple sclerosis.
• Strong skills in tele-rehabilitation, including familiarity with virtual communication platforms and remote patient monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and provide guidance and education to promote self-management and recovery.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (specialization in Neurology preferred).
• Relevant certifications in neurotherapy or tele-rehabilitation are an advantage.
• Experience in home healthcare or remote physiotherapy services is highly desirable.
