**Salary**:

**COMMITMENT ON THE PART OF SELECTED NURSES**

1. Sign a commitment agreement which is required as surety purpose that the Nurse will finish the language course fully and will not leave it halfway and shall take up the job in the hospital for whom the Nurse is recruited. In case he/she discontinue the free online language study, Nurse has to bear the cost involved till that time and will be recovered according to the agreement

2. Pay **refundable** fee in advance in 4 stages for the German language offline / online coaching as under:

- To study A1 Level German Language**:Rs.15,000/-**
- To study A2 Level German Language**:Rs.15,000/-**
- To study B1 Level German Language**:Rs.20,000/-**
- To study B2 Level German Language**:Rs.25,000/-**

**Above amount of Rs. 75,000/- are charged as security deposit only (not as actual fee for coaching) which will be refunded by the Consultants / Language Institute on your joining German hospital.**

All selected Nurses will guarantee that He / She shall work for minimum 2 years with the German hospital for whom they are recruited. In case a Nurse want to leave, then he/she will give prior information to the Agency so that Agency can make a replacement.
