Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting training sessions, and overseeing sales operations to meet team goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Training and coaching team members to enhance performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing roles, particularly in service platforms, is an advantage
