Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Gurugram. The role entails engaging with customers, identifying their requirements, and providing suitable product solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing sales accounts, developing marketing strategies, delivering customer service excellence, organizing sales training sessions, and exploring opportunities to expand market reach and revenue. The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Capability in Training and developing sales teams to enhance performance
  • Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or similar sector is an advantage
