Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer interactions, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing and nurturing client relationships, leading sales initiatives, organizing training programs for internal and external teams, and monitoring sales performance to meet targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience in Training to guide internal teams and clients effectively.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Web3, blockchain, or DeFi industry is an advantage.
