Job Description: Oracle Apps Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Apps Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud applications and a passion for teaching. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our clients and internal teams.

Location: Chennai, India Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Training Modules: Create detailed training materials, including presentations, user guides, and hands-on exercises for various Oracle applications.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for both technical and functional audiences on modules like Financials, SCM, HCM, etc.
  • Provide Post-Training Support: Offer support and clarification to trainees after the sessions to ensure they can effectively apply their knowledge.
  • Assess Trainee Progress: Evaluate the effectiveness of the training through feedback sessions, quizzes, and practical assessments.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update training content to reflect the latest versions and features of Oracle Applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Oracle Applications Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud applications, including implementation, support, and/or training.
  • Module Knowledge: Strong functional or technical knowledge of key Oracle modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, CRM, HCM).
  • Training & Communication Skills: Proven experience in a training or mentoring role with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues trainees face during hands-on exercises.
  • Industry Experience: A solid understanding of business processes and how they are mapped to Oracle applications.
