Branch Manager- Fund Mobilization

Role Overview: As the Branch Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee and drive the branch's sales performance to align with business objectives. You will need to provide leadership in managing the sales of Investments and Third-Party Insurance products. The ideal candidate for this position should be sales-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading a team while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive branch sales of Investments and third-party insurance products. - Achieve branch sales targets and KPIs established by management. - Develop and implement localized sales strategies and marketing activities. - Conduct investor awareness campaigns and sales presentations. - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Customer Relation Executives & Business Development Executives. - Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement performance improvement plans. - Promote a results-oriented culture with high integrity and work ethics. - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). - Address customer grievances promptly and professionally. - Ensure the delivery of superior customer service and experience. - Ensure adherence to internal processes, regulatory requirements, and audit norms. - Monitor branch documentation, transaction processing, and reporting accuracy. - Maintain MIS and dashboards for regular reporting to senior management. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in NBFC or Banking Sales. - Sales-driven and target-oriented individual with leadership skills. - Strong ability to manage a team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Knowledge of Investments and Third-Party Insurance products is preferred.
