Core responsibilities

  • Staff management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers to meet performance goals. This includes assigning tasks, enforcing discipline, and building good employee relations.
  • Production monitoring: Oversee production processes to ensure they run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.
  • Quality control: Ensure that quality control standards are met and address any quality-related issues that arise.
  • Safety and compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the team follows proper protocols.
  • Operational support: Coordinate with maintenance staff, monitor equipment performance, and manage the repair and replacement of faulty machinery.
  • Inventory and supply chain: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure raw materials and supplies are available on schedule.
  • Reporting and improvement: Compile production reports, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for process improvement to boost productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
