Core responsibilities
- **Staff management**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production workers to meet performance goals. This includes assigning tasks, enforcing discipline, and building good employee relations.
- **Production monitoring**: Oversee production processes to ensure they run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.
- **Quality control**: Ensure that quality control standards are met and address any quality-related issues that arise.
- **Safety and compliance**: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and ensure the team follows proper protocols.
- **Operational support**: Coordinate with maintenance staff, monitor equipment performance, and manage the repair and replacement of faulty machinery.
- **Inventory and supply chain**: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain staff to ensure raw materials and supplies are available on schedule.
- **Reporting and improvement**: Compile production reports, monitor key metrics, and identify areas for process improvement to boost productivity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
