About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Odoo Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) to join our ERP delivery team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical development, ensuring that our Odoo ERP implementations are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational workflows.

You will collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to analyze, configure, and deliver Odoo ERP modules for domains such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Projects, and Procurement.
  • Map client business processes to Odoo workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and prepare user documentation.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop new features and custom modules.
  • Train end-users and provide post-implementation functional support.
  • Participate in project scoping, estimation, and client demos.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Odoo functional modules.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows, accounting principles, supply chain, HR, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM project environments.
  • Optional: Basic Python knowledge for debugging and collaborating with developers.
