Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and energetic International Sales Executive – Lead Conversion to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role focuses on converting qualified leads into long-term international clients. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, preferably in export or international markets, strong communication skills, and hands-on expertise with CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into international clients through emails, calls, and direct interactions.
  • Maintain and update lead details in CRM systems with accurate tracking and follow-ups.
  • Engage with overseas prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.
  • Draft and send professional sales emails, proposals, and follow-ups to potential clients.
  • Handle quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiate terms with prospects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead-to-order conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead conversion performance regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in international/export sales.
  • Strong knowledge and usage of CRM tools (experience across multiple platforms is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical ability for pricing/quotations.
  • Ability to confidently communicate with overseas clients through email, calls, and direct discussions.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and result-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
