**Job Overview**: We are looking for a creative and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

**Position: Inside Sales Executive**

**Expected Profile Experience - Min 1 to Max 3 Yrs**

**Location - Chennai ( Guindy ). Mode - Offline ( Mon - Fri )**

**Key Responsibilities**:
v **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, networking, and other sources.

v **Client Interaction**: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.

v **Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our products/services.

v **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products/services to effectively present them to potential customers.

v **Sales Pitch**: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the prospect's needs and pain points.

v **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, ensuring continuous engagement and moving them through the sales pipeline.

v **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

v **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

v **Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

v **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
