Would also have to prepare tender documents by adding special and general conditions of contracts float them to the prequalified contractors and evaluate them technically and commercially.

 Would have to get rates of various items and analyze them with rate analysis, BOQ's and specifications from the respective consultants.

 Would have to help the management to award the work, check for all the compliances as per contract terms and conditions and approve the extra items or quantity variation and project close out preferably without arbitration.

 Would have to make selection criteria of contractor for approval of Management.

 Would have to prepare estimates, budgets and timescales including tracking.

 Would have to identify the areas for improvement in existing contract processes.

 Would have to co-ordinate for Non disclosure agreements, Sales / Purchase agreements, contractors, Consulting agreements, Licensing agreements, Master agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions.

 You would have to maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipt and control of all contract correspondence, customer contact information sheets, contractual changes, status reports and other documents for all projects.

 Weekly meeting with site team for Manpower, queries, work checking according to contract terms awards.

 Weekly progress report, Monthly review meeting, budget vs actual meeting, Cash flow planning and tracking, follow up with Vendor for work, payments.

 Up to date record of each bills and cumulative.

 Reconciliation of materials

 Reconciliation of Contractors bills. F&F of each.

 Site visits, Vendors evaluations, Vendors ratings

 Command in Q.S, C.S, B.O.Q making with specification.

 Candidate must have experience to work in construction site and know the whole project Work cycle.

 Would have to develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.

 You must have to ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.

 Would have to handle on-going issues (Variance, time extension, extra items), Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)

 Would also have to ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.

 Can clarify details and doubts in case of discrepancy between specification and drawings and non feasibility of Item shown in the drawing from the Consultants.

 Would Co-ordinate with site for requirement of Assets. i.e. for Asset management (For Asset items and machineries).

Experience: 10 Years of experience into QS & Contract Management mainly in to big residential projects.

Education qualification required: B.E./ B.Tech- Civil Engineering from any reputed insitute
