Job Summary

The Sr BA-Ops Excellence role is pivotal in driving operational improvements and efficiencies within the organization. With a focus on Six Sigma methodologies the candidate will analyze and optimize processes related to Changes and Endorsements. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to rotational shifts and communicate effectively in English. The role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on operational performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation of process changes and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for process enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes.
• Adapt to rotational shifts to support various operational needs.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges.
• Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through process excellence.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and their application in process improvement.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing Changes and Endorsements within an operational context.
• Exhibit proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking skills.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 8 years.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications Required

Trained Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
