Job Description Job Summary The Sr BA-Ops Excellence role is pivotal in driving operational improvements and efficiencies within the organization. With a focus on Six Sigma methodologies the candidate will analyze and optimize processes related to Changes and Endorsements. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to rotational shifts and communicate effectively in English. Responsibilities - Lead the analysis and optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Oversee the implementation of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements. - Ensure implementation of cadences for reviewing process control, process efficiencies, client metric adherence & VOC. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes. - Monitor and evaluate the impact of process improvements on operational performance. - Develop and maintain documentation of process changes and improvements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational excellence. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for process enhancements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on project goals and outcomes. - Adapt to rotational shifts to support various operational needs. - Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges. - Support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives through process excellence. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and their application in process improvement. - Exhibit and Demonstrate expertise in reviewing the operational metrics conduct FMEA and other LSS tools. - Demonstrate expertise in managing critical operational control and provide timely feedback to Management on any risk identified. - Exhibit proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking skills. - Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 8 years. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration abilities. Certifications Required Trained Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
