Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Executive specializing in recruitment at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, located in Indore. The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, creating HR policies, supporting HR operations, and fostering positive employee relations. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, facilitating onboarding, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and collaborating with department managers to meet staffing needs. The role involves fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment while upholding company values.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and overseeing HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies to ensure a cohesive workplace.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and recruitment processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; additional certifications in HR are a plus.
