Position Summary:

The Director of Nursing Services (DNS) provides strategic leadership and executive oversight for all nursing functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, fostering a professional environment for staff, and driving clinical and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the entire nursing department.
  • Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Establish and enforce nursing standards, policies, and procedures in compliance with regulatory agencies.
