Data Architec
t who can own the
entire data backbon
e for our AI-native platform and continuously evolve it to power multi-agent intelligence at scale

What you'll own (outcomes, not tasks)

• Architect for agentic AI:
  high-quality data flows powering real-time enrichment, scoring, routing, and recommendations
• Unified GTM data model:
  across CRMs, enrichment providers, intent signals, communication channels, and customer journeys
• Ultra-reliable ingestion & transformations:
  for both streaming and batch use cases
• Governance-by-design:
  versioning, auditability, schema evolution, and lineage
• Performance at scale:
  optimize high-volume data systems for billions of records
• Migrate & modernize:
  lift-and-shift + structural redesign wherever needed

If an LLM or agent makes a decision,
your architecture ensures the data behind it is correct

Tech you'll lead with

• Data Lakehouse:
  Iceberg / Delta / Hudi + Nessie or equivalent cataloging
• Distributed compute:
  Spark / PySpark
• Pipeline orchestration:
  Airflow / Dagster
• Datastores:
  PostgreSQL + Elasticsearch + Redis + Vector DBs (pgvector, Milvus, Weaviate)
• Streaming:
  Kafka (or equivalent) where needed
• Cloud:
  AWS / Azure

Must-Have Skills (Hard Filters)

• 10+ years
  in data architecture, pipelines, modeling, and governance
• Deep expertise in
  Spark
  ,
  Iceberg/Hudi

  Airflow
• Strong SQL + distributed system performance tuning
• Demonstrated experience managing
  100TB+ scale
• Data migration leadership across
  multi-cloud
  environments
• Trade-off thinking:
  open-source vs managed services, cost vs flexibility
• Zero fear of dirty GTM data
  — comfort with normalization, dedupe, identity resolution
• Ability to align architecture with
  multi-agent and RAG systems

Excellent communication — turning ambiguity into clear data models
