As a Workforce Planner at TaskUs, your role is crucial in ensuring staff optimization to meet demand efficiently. You will be responsible for resolving concerns related to schedule adherence, service levels, absenteeism, and other efficiency metrics. Your tasks will include preparing for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, average handle time, and other productivity measures. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to optimize employee productivity, forecast staffing needs, and manage fiscal activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure staff optimization to meet demand efficiently - Resolve concerns related to schedule adherence, service levels, absenteeism, and other efficiency metrics - Prepare for voice and non-voice volume seat occupancy, average handle time, and other productivity measures - Collaborate with various departments to optimize employee productivity, forecast staffing needs, and manage fiscal activities effectively Qualifications Required: - BPO Operations background with at least 2 years of experience in Workforce Planning - Expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Real-Time Management - Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail - Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in statistical analysis and good computer skills - Ability to read trends for future forecasts TaskUs is a provider of outsourced digital services and next-generation customer experience to fast-growing technology companies.
