, we are looking for an experienced
SPM Design Engineer
to lead the design and development of
Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
and
industrial automation systems
that support our manufacturing and production processes. The role involves end-to-end design execution, validation, and integration of automated solutions for energy and engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate special purpose machines (SPM) and industrial automation solutions.
  • Utilize CAD software (PTC Creo, SOLIDWORKS, Solid Edge, UG NX) for machine design and product development.
  • Conduct design validation, process simulation, and project management for manufacturing projects.
  • Support tooling selection, development, and new manufacturing processes, including working with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and projects involving BIW robotic welding and plastic engineering.

Skills:

  • Proficient in CAD and GD&T for mechanical design.
  • Experience with industrial automation, robotic assembly lines, and SPM.
  • Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, machine design, and product development.

Education and Experience:

  • B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Tool Design.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience.
