Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Engineer, located in Noida. The Patent Engineer will be responsible for preparing and drafting patent applications, conducting patent searches, and providing analytical insights into technological trends and competitor activities. The role includes collaborating with R&D teams, ensuring compliance with patent laws, and supporting intellectual property management strategies. Day-to-day tasks also involve reviewing scientific literature and industry news to provide comprehensive patent intelligence reports.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Patent Preparation, Intellectual Property, and Patent Law
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Research and Development (R&D)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Noida
  • Experience in patent filing and drafting and prior art search strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
