Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: Baner, Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Baner, Pune (onsite). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.) in line with business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
  • Analyze and optimize financial business processes; recommend SAP FICO best practices for process improvement.
  • Design and generate financial reports and support complex financial data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and maintain internal controls.
  • Conduct user training sessions on SAP FICO functionalities and provide end-user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues during and after implementation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration and business process design.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is required.
  • Excellent understanding of integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
