We are hiring a Distributor Executive to handle our Chennai General Trade market. The role includes appointing distributors, managing primary & secondary sales, expanding retail coverage, and ensuring smooth market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors in Chennai.
- Achieve monthly primary sales (DB billing) targets.
- Drive secondary sales through beat plans and market visits.
- Add new retail outlets across Chennai.
- Ensure stock availability, merchandising, and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor distributor stock, ageing, and payment compliance (100% advance).
- Track competition, pricing, and schemes.
- Maintain daily reporting using FieldAssist/Excel.
Requirements
- Must own a bike for daily market visits
- Any Degree
- Minimum 3 years FMCG sales/distribution experience
- Valid 2-wheeler driving licence
- Good knowledge of Chennai GT market preferred
- Strong communication & reporting skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹30,834.01 per month
