Key Responsibilities

  • Develop infrastructure for New Product Development (NPD) and ensure effective implementation.
  • Identify and execute waste elimination projects to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Analyze existing processes and drive process capability improvements.
  • Design and enhance manufacturing layouts for higher productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop robust processes for new products and continuously improve existing ones.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams by leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Desired Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Process Engineering.
  • Ability to develop and optimize manufacturing layouts.
  • Exposure to Capex Planning and Execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Productivity Improvement initiatives.
  • Good exposure to Heat Treatment Processes.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing processes such as Turning, Centerless Grinding, etc.
  • Fair knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Good knowledge of cutting tools and tooling systems for turning and grinding.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Diploma ,B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in heat treatment processes, manufacturing processes, GD&T
