Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace/Engineering Domain)
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in manufacturing processes and CNC programming for 3-axis & 5-axis VMC machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC programming & operation on 3-axis & 5-axis VMC machines
- Hands-on with CAM software (Mastercam, UG NX, or similar)
- Knowledge of machining processes: milling, drilling, threading, sheet metal punching, laser cutting, waterjet, foam cutting
- Design and validation of tools, jigs, fixtures, and clamping systems
- Shop-floor exposure with aerospace/engineering materials & cutting tools
- Prepare & validate process documentation (SOPs, work instructions)
- Work with UG NX CAD & Teamcenter for dimensional validation
- Exposure to ERP/SAP systems and knowledge of AS9100 QMS
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings & GD&T
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Proficiency in CAM software & CNC programming
- Knowledge of material science & inspection tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
