Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Executive located in Bhopal. The Sales and Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. Additionally, the executive will provide technical support, handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Sales experience and ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Technical support and troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of medical devices and industry standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the medical device industry is an advantage
