Job Description:

Intlum Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Affiliate Marketer to join our growing digital marketing team in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS and other performance marketing models and proven hands-on experience managing international campaigns across DSPs, PPC, and publisher networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize affiliate campaigns on various performance marketing models (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS).
  • Identify and manage partnerships with global affiliates, publishers, and ad networks.
  • Drive ROI-focused campaigns for lead generation and user acquisition.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing/performance marketing.
  2. Strong knowledge of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS and other performance-based models.
  3. Proven experience in international campaigns, DSPs, PPC, and publisher networks.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong partner relationships.
  5. Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus.
  6. Immediate to 15 days of notice period is preferred.
