The person will be responsible for end-to-end management of large-scale school assessment programs. The role involves operational planning, stakeholder coordination, data management, and process adherence, ensuring timely and quality delivery of assessment activities across states.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility- Manage and align training and assessment batches as per defined guidelines within stipulated turnaround times.
- Review and approve results received from Assessment Agencies and coordinate with Training Partners (TPs), Assessment Agencies (AAs), State SSAs, and internal teams for scheduling, operational alignment, and issue resolution.
- Address operational queries and close tickets promptly, maintaining response timelines (within 24 hours for stakeholder communication).
- Support leadership by compiling and escalating unresolved issues or stakeholder concerns requiring higher-level intervention.
- Manage assessment data, documentation, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and traceability for audits and compliance.
- Oversee the process of result sharing, state approval, and certification, including certificate generation and documentation verification.
- Coordinate invoice processing with the Accounts and Finance teams, ensuring submission of freeze count data, invoice requests, dispatch confirmations, and refund tracking as per defined timelines.
- Maintain trackers and reports for assessments, invoices, refunds, and performance metrics to support periodic reviews and reporting.
- Strong operational management and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management across internal teams, government bodies, and external partners.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in data handling, record management, and Excel-based reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within defined timelines.
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, preferably within skilling, assessment, or education sector.
