Angular AEM Developer (Lead Role)

Location: Remote (India)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer Lead (Angular + AEM) to lead our development team in building responsive, user-friendly, and innovative web applications. The role involves hands-on AEM development, team mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor front-end and AEM developers.
  • Provide technical expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and development.
  • Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Develop responsive, scalable, and visually appealing Angular-based UIs.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams for seamless delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, guide on technical decisions, and foster continuous learning.
  • Stay updated with modern web technologies and drive innovation.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Angular (latest versions) & JavaScript/TypeScript.

Hands-on expertise in AEM development (components, templates, workflows).

Proven experience leading front-end development teams.

Proficiency in responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks.

Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and performance tuning.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
