Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on experience in custom WordPress development, with strong technical skills and the ability to develop responsive, SEO-friendly websites that align with our clients' marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into fully functional WordPress websites.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and plugins as required.
  • Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive marketing-focused solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
  • Maintain site security and perform regular updates and backups.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of WordPress development experience.
  • Willing to relocate to Amritsar
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience in custom theme and plugin development.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and how websites support marketing goals.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
