Zingy Stays is a fast-growing startup in the hospitality and property-tech space, dedicated to delivering unique, modern, and memorable stays for travelers. We are building a platform that combines technology, design, and community-driven experiences to redefine how people book and enjoy accommodation.

As we expand, we're seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer who not only brings strong technical expertise but also an entrepreneurial mindset. This role comes with the opportunity to invest in the company and grow into a Director-level position.

Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated developer with full stack experience who can take ownership of our technology platform, contribute to scaling our digital products, and align with our vision for growth. This is a unique role combining hands-on development with strategic involvement in the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Zingy Stays platform (web and mobile).

Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly booking and property management solutions.

Collaborate with founders on product roadmap, strategy, and innovation.

Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, integrations (payments, APIs, analytics).

Set coding standards, best practices, and mentor junior developers (as team grows).

Contribute to long-term business decisions with a director-level mindset.

Key Requirements
Strong background in Full Stack Development (Frontend & Backend).

Proficiency with:

Frontend: / , HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

Backend: , Express, or similar frameworks

Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure

Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience building booking systems, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms (preferred).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Ability to commit part-time or full-time, with flexibility based on availability.
