Job Description

  • Invoice Processing & Exception Management
  • Identification of discrepancies through system reports
  • Research & Analysis and reporting of various kind of invoice discrepancies & exception
  • Regular contact with Buying Group/ Vendors to resolve discrepancies through e-mails/phone
  • Resolve queries of Invoice Processing team
  • Provide requested information to Supervisor for all internal & external audits
  • Provide quality customer service via processing

Communication Skills-
• Ability to communicate well with outside parties over the telephone.
• Ability to write Invoice exceptions.
• Ability to communicate well with buyers and vendors.
