Job Description (Content Analyst/Judge) Noida, India
Responsibilities: -
Review, label global news content across different categories against preset customer guidelines - Trust & Safety.
Keep track, be aware of news, current affairs, especially international markets like the US.
Identify gaps/ gray areas in policies & guidelines based on ground truth data.
Store, document edge cases, nuanced examples among moderated content to create referenceable repositories.
Skill Set Required: -
Experience in Digital Safety/ Trust and Safety operations, or equivalent newsroom experience print/ digital/ TV
Familiarity with news & media editorial policies
Fluent English skills oral and written. Excellent comprehension skills - C2 English level
Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgment calls
Degree in journalism/ communication/ English or similar field
Journalism/ newsroom experience/ exposure is a must.
Audit/ review experience or equivalent newsroom experience print/ digital/ TV - desk editor, proofreading, etc.
