We are looking for a skilled 
Azure Data Engineer

to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will work with structured and unstructured data, building modern data solutions that support business intelligence, data science, and AI workloads. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable 
    ETL/ELT pipelines

using 
Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Data Flows

Synapse Pipelines

- Build and manage 
Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos Databases

, 
Data Lakes

, and 
Delta Lake

solutions.
- Develop and maintain 
Azure Synapse Analytics

Databricks

SQL-based

analytics workloads.
- Design and implement 
data ingestion

from various on-prem and cloud sources (APIs, flat files, SQL/Oracle, etc.)
- Implement and maintain 
data governance, data quality, and security controls

(RBAC, Purview, encryption, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize data workflows for 
performance and cost-efficiency

using 
Azure Monitor

, 
Log Analytics

, and 
Auto-scaling

.
- Collaborate with data scientists, BI developers, and business analysts to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
- Use version control systems (e.g., 
Git

CI/CD pipelines

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

where applicable.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with 
    Azure Data Factory (ADF)

, including 
mapping and wrangling data flows

- Strong SQL and T-SQL programming skills.
- Experience with 
Azure Synapse Analytics

Cosmos DB

, 
Azure Blob Storage, Resource Groups.
- Working knowledge of 
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS)

Delta Lake

- Familiarity with

- Experience in 
performance tuning
