Job Title: Executive - Accounts Receivable 

Location: Vadodara

Reports To: Manager - Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Timing:11:00 am to 08:00 pm



Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Receivable Executive to manage and oversee the company's receivables. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely collection of payments, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Invoicing and Billing
    • Generate and send accurate invoices to clients promptly.
    • Maintain thorough and up-to-date billing records.
  2. Payment Collection
    • Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
    • Follow up on overdue accounts through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  3. Reconciliation
    • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues efficiently.
  4. Reporting
    • Prepare detailed accounts receivable reports and summaries for management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on payment trends and client behavior.
  5. Client Communication
    • Address client inquiries related to invoices, payments, and account statements.
    • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  6. Compliance and Record-Keeping
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain organized and accessible records for audit and reporting purposes.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, Net Suite, ERP).
    • Strong understanding of billing and payment processes.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
